Console Table
An Italian console table from the first half of the 19th century retaining its original Mecca finish and soft blue paint. The frieze carved with repeating roundels and draped swags, raised on elegant scrolling legs united by a shaped stretcher and central finial.
The top painted in faux siena marble.
Hobo loves because: there are so many elements which make this just fabulous. The soft finish, the attention to detail. Grand and elegant yet light on its feet.
